Review of A Little Bit of Heaven (2011) by Shireen H — 08 Sep 2012

This was pretty bad. First of all, why would a vegetarian get colon cancer?? This movie contradicted all nutritional advice to prevent cancer. As a dietitian this offended me :p.

Marlee was so annoying and obnoxious that I was glad she died in the end. She kind of pushed herself on people and overdramatized her problems, making everyone feels bad and help her through them. It was strange that she resolved all her issues and found love, only to die at the end. And everyone else was still left with their problems unanswered, hanging on to her still.

I think the actors were good, and I like all of them, so I liked that aspect. It did have some good messages in it as well.
