Review of A Life Less Ordinary (1997) by Rodney E — 09 Oct 2008
Uneven and goofy. Tries to be comedic and romantic and retain a sense of zest but after the greatness of Trainspotting, A Life Less Ordinary falls flat. Nevermind that Cameron Diaz is fetching and Ewan McGregor is energetic.
It still is worth checking out if you like Danny Boyle movies but isn't shitty enough to be awful and isn't decent enough to be great. I guess it's just OK. Beck had a cool song from this that had a video that I'd say was better than than this.
