Review of A Knight's Tale (2001) by Matthew J — 14 Nov 2011
Five minutes in, a medieval crowd is singing the words to a Queen song which won't be written until a few hundred years later. I feared the worst at that point. But despite a few such stupid moments it's a good story with some laughs.
For instance the same scene I mentioned pokes fun at sports stadium crowds (but how did they miss doing the wave and bopping a beach ball around?). The lady's servant is played by the stunning beauty Berenice Bejo who we need to see more of in English-language films.
