Very well done, somewhat non-linear, atmospheric thriller. AJ Bowen's performance as the Garrick Turrell is especially a standout. While shot with hand-held cameras (but not "found footage" style), most shots are fairly steady.
The "look how shaky we can get this" style shot is used occasionally, but not so much that you will need Dramamine. Well worth a look.
