Review of A Home at the End of the World (2004) by Anne S — 30 Mar 2007
Beautiful film.. the characters were well written.. and for the most part the acting was amazing.. (there were a few scenes that felt flat, but not enough to change my rating) The only thing I wish is that they showed more about Bobby and Jonathan as adults.
. you see the three of them together, but it's hard to see what Claire sees.. She see's them happy, but takes that to mean that she's just an "extra" of sorts.. but there wasn't enough to really see that point of view.
. I felt like Jonathan got the short end of the deal through most of the movie.
