LOVE THIS FILM! The book is already interesting, and I can honestly say the film is just as good if not better than the book. (Colin favors more to the naive characters like this film's Bobby and Ask the Dust's Arturo, rather than Alexander...in Alexander poor guy..).
Sissy Spacek demands attention on the screen quietly, but enough to make one's eyes never want to leave hers. Robin Wright Penn is impressive as usual and still caries a bohemian beauty with her multi-colored tresses.
Overall, very heartwarming in an unconventional way.
