Okay, there's really no way to give a non-schmaltzy review of this one, so I won't try. I don't want to give too many spoilers, but there's one particular scene where The Band's "Look Out, Cleveland" plays in the background - it's absolutely perfect.
Granted, Colin Farrell seems to forget he's playing an American at several points in the film (his accent falters), but it's still one of the best films of 2004.
