Review of A Home at the End of the World (2004) by Steve M — 06 Apr 2009
I'd watch Colin Ferrel in anything but I was surprised to see him (and Sissy Spacek) in what seemed to be a lower budget and relatively simple film. I was pissed to learn that final scenes were filmed less than a mile from "Mayhem" (my former residence in Paradise Valley) but Colin didn't drop in to say hello.
This was a beautiful story well-told. Perhaps cheesy at times, but you will forgive that every time the camera does a close up of Farrell's pound-puppy face.
