Review of A Hologram for the King (2016) by Richard B — 14 Sep 2016

I am not for sure how I felt about this film. It is shot pretty cool and has a decent story, but for some reason it really didn't work. Tom Hanks definitely dies his best to save the film, but even he can't.

I felt that the love story was incredibly rushed at the end and they could have easily spread it out better to make it feel more real. I also didn't really get how this hologram would help build the city either.

Overall, it was a different role than we are used to seeing Tom Hanks in and he was good, but the film was a disappointment.
