Review of A History of Violence (2005) by Tara S — 24 Sep 2010
Tom Stall leads a simple life in a small American town. Then one day his life is turned upside down when he kills two men who try to rob and kill his customers. Soon it's clear that Tom isn't all he says he is and things become more sinister.
This is a slow paced affair which may bore some, but it's worth a watch for the performances by Mortensen and Bello.
