Did I just...not understand this movie? Everyone tells me that it's powerful and gripping; I love David Kronenburg, Viggo Mortensen, and Maria Bello. And yet, I really couldn't be bothered to like this movie.
I didn't find it particularly poignant, moving, or intelligent. I didn't like any of the characters. Truth be told, I found A History of Violence dull.
