Review of A History of Violence (2005) by Paul B — 15 Dec 2012
A fascinating and riveting first half of a film...but where's the second half? A History of Violence is remarkable and unforgettable all the way from its devastating opening scene, to its concluding final sequence, while tying in a relentless family drama that never ceases to satisfy, until its over.
The only problem with this film, is that it's over too soon.
