A History of Violence is completely brilliant while bringing up questions about what violence is, all well keeping the movie very entertaining. Great performances all around and a strong script, with plenty of memorable scenes, and a very, very, intense ending.
a History of Violence is one of Cronenberg's best, and is also one of the greatest movies ever made.
