This wasn't exactly what I expected: For Cronenberg standards (and considering the title) it was very harmless. Maybe it would have been better not to know the director before watching it. Nevertheless it's a good movie with good performances and the required thrill, though not as violent as you might expect from the director of such films like "Videodrome" and "The Fly".
