Review of A Goofy Movie (1995) by Tom R — 17 May 2013

(5 Stars) I watch A Goofy Movie once a year, usually around graduation time. To me, it's the Citizen Kane of animated comedies because it has everything: the musical portions are extremely catchy (EACH song is memorable.

.. even the best musicals have one or two subordinate songs), the comedy is hilarious, the characters are lovable, there's a decent dash of action, and the story about a father and son trying to connect with each another is satisfyingly touching.

I notice something new about the movie each time I watch it. See it, love it, embrace it! A Goofy Movie is extraordinary... not one frame of the film is unnecessary or unengaging.
