Review of A Good Year (2006) by Harry T — 13 Jul 2008
No good reason to like this film, and yet I still do. Crowe is poorly cast here, unconvincing and slipping in and out of his accent as if he is still in rehearsal. Many scenes feel forced. Still, the setting is gorgeous, the French romantic notions of fate and love compelling.
So, it's not all bad.
