An extremely sad movie, was nice to see Morgan Freeman get a juicy role he could work with. The attempts to make Florence Pugh not look good with the awful haircut and the frumpy looks were unsuccessful.
The movie was effective, there were numerous people in the audience crying. I am a fan of Braff's previous directorial outings, this one feels very different and raw.
