Thin plot, trying too hard to be the previous films to be original or entertaining. Plot doesn't make sense, misses a lot of needed information, spends a long time setting up and not enough time developing characters or actually setting up a good plot.

How do they find the CIA safe house?
How do the bad guys not see the knife?
What was the bad guy gonna do after he takes the uranium?
