Review of A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night (2014) by Josephine H — 17 Jun 2015
It was different. Some powerful scenes for sure. It felt like a throwback to several genres at once, which I was a fan of. I think the black & white helped the film a lot. I liked how music was such a big part of the life of The Girl.
I wouldn't call this a horror film though. It's not scary at any part. It felt more like a Western than a Horror film, honestly. Which, admittedly, was kind of endearing.
