Review of A Fish Called Wanda (1988) by Max E — 24 Feb 2012
To cut straight to my conclusion, I'd say this film hasn't aged very well, and Cleese's performance casts a big shadow on everyone else's, particularly Kline. Some moments were hilarious, but the rest was amusing at best, and the silly humour doesn't quite live up to the rest of Cleese's repertoire, in my opinion anyway.
