Review of A Field in England (2013) by Simon P — 04 Jul 2013
This is the most interesting thing I have seen in a very long time.
The exposition is carefully chosen and the script very tight and in places morbidly funny.
At no point does it feel like a low budget film, it looks and feels exactly how it should. It will take numerous watches to pick up on everything I think and there will be some things that may never be explained, but one thing is for certain, this director is a true visionary and we will be seeing great things from him.
