Great screenplay by Aaron Sorkin. But I don't agree with the fact the Marines were declared innocent of murder, I mean they did all the action against Santiago, there was no one else. I know they were following the orders of their superiors, but that doesn't change the fact a person died because of their fault.
There's a moral sense one should follow first of all, even though for a Marine it could meant the expulsion from the Navy. It's just not fair...
