The reason this movie was so amazing is because we walk through marina's life as she has to handle everything from MICROAGGRESSIONS to outright violence from not only people who think she isn't a human but even people who claim to respect her.
it also artfully highlights someone's grieving process after losing a loved one so suddenly. Oscar well deserved.
