Review of A Face in the Crowd (1957) by Daniel M — 07 Feb 2010
I didn't take out my blackberry out once during this film. So sick of alot of the contemp. crap out that went searching for classics. It's a gem.
As for the acting: I almost wish Griffith didn't stay in Mayberry-- this film showed his potential in films. He should have never limited himself to TVland:S He was brilliant along with Patricia Neal. I can see why Michael Landon chose her to act in Little House.
