As a fan of the book I was excited to see the movie. Finally a movie my teen will actually see with me. I brought tissues. What a wonderful film. Perfectly adapted from the book. Yes, it's sad but it's also wonderful and funny and poignant.
Not too sappy, my teen adored it and immediately started the book when we got home. Go see this, it will make you happy.
