Mostly I watched this movie because my roommate is a David Hewlett fangirl. I like him, and I trust her judgment.
I'm so glad I did! This movie is both funny from start to finish, and a story where the comedy grows with the story. I remember my roommate (who had watched it already, but as I say, fangirl) and I were laughing so hard we were shushing each other in order to hear the next line of dialogue. At one point, I laughed so hard I had to pause the movie to breathe.
The story left me happy, and all the aches from laughing so hard were well worth it. Definitely watch this movie.
