Review of A Day Without a Mexican (2004) by Jason Y — 27 Dec 2004
DVD First Viewing, 1 Arau film seen.
It tries to be something different, and most of the time it succeeds. Other times its social satire comes across more as a comedic soap opera of sorts. Overall, A Day Without a Mexican is a decent attempt to show one of the many problems in America. The major flaw with the film is that the crisis is actually solved - that will never really happen.
