I was waiting for the glue which would have held this fascinating film together. But it never really came. For a film focused on the lives of the worlds most influential analysts there was only summary exploration of their relationship to one another The sexual tension and the attraction one for the other is what was highlighted.
Not enough to fully understand their complex interpersonal dynamics.
