Yes, its funny and has a somewhat endearing (if a bit whiny) narrator, but this exercize in awkwardness ultimately goes nowhere. Trying too hard to appeal to the "ooo, look its a penis" brigade, ala BORAT.
Some funny moments, but misses more than it hits.
