Like some young,dumb,much skinnier,English version of Michael Moore, film maker Chris Wait attempts to make a documentry about why he's been dumped by all of his ex-girlfriends and how he can improve himself in an attempt to find a new one or get back together with one of the exe's. We see some uncomfortable moments as Chris rings up his ex-girlfriends to try and arrange meeting up and interviewing them and some even more uncomfortable,but sometimes very funny moments when he does actually interview them. The thing that makes this film great is the honesty of Chris Wait as we see him talking to his mum about his problems with relationships,visiting the doctor about his sexual health and best/most painful to watch,visiting an S n' M dungeon to get "punished" in ways a man shouldn't have to see on a big screen!Ever.

This is a funny,sad,sometimes uncomfortable,sometimes heart warming film to watch.Very good, brutally honest film making.
