I don't know what Tristram Shandy is, but I do know what it is not. It is not funny. It is not interesting. Supposedly, TS is some intellectual gem. I think that's code for "it sucks, but you won't want to say so or you're stupid". It's "the Emperor has no clothes" of movies.
I laughed three times. I was bored thirty times.
