Review of A Cock and Bull Story (2005) by Pikalo B — 19 Jan 2007
This film within a film about an unfilmable novel was built upon the chemistry and real life chummery between Coogan and Brydon. It was very good stuff, though many times it descended into chaos purely because the narrative was so complicated.
The highlight for me was Rob Brydon. He stole the show and his choice to play Captain Toby Shandy as Roger Moore was inspired!
