Review of A Clockwork Orange (1971) by Oskar B — 13 Jun 2014
A not so distant future maybe is here confronted by the late Kubrick, who lets you see the dark and dystopian things about the future. Controversially briliant, this movie is filmed in a way, so that you are feeling like you are standing right there and observs the terrible deeds made by the protagonist/antagonist.
You may be disturbed and get the feeling of what you are watching is very wrong, but the movie also gets impaled by the dark humor, which make you feel guilty for laughing. Odd and disturbing but necessary to watch.
