Review of A Clockwork Orange (1971) by John Eric D — 28 Sep 2014
A very disturbing and violent Kubrick film that gives him the trademark in his finest career. The first half is a picture of brutality, madness and semi pornographic at times added with the most brilliant screenplay portrayed by McDowell.
The second half begins with sadness and depression that leads to a new beginning that Kubrick not just want us to see this film, but it has a very deep message into it.
