Kubrick's masterpiece and one of my all time favourites. McDowell is outstanding as Alex, I love Wendy Carlos's use of synthesiser in the soundtrack. The film is littered with iconic imagery. The scenes in the Korova Milk Bar and the use of shadows in the tunnel still are visually stunning some forty years later.
Hard to believe it was banned for over thirty years as alot of the violence is subjective. The slang The Droogs use and the dialogue is so quotable "Naughty, Naughty, Naughty.You Filthy Old Soomka.
