Review of A Clockwork Orange (1971) by Mason L — 14 Apr 2016
I came into this film excited for two reasons, first off, I absolutely admire Kubrick's work, this being my 5th film by the director. I also heard that the film had a lot of social commentary in it.
To be honest, I have seen this film five times and every time I watch it, it always seems like a new experience. Back to the matter, this film appeals to everyone aspiring to work in this industry. A Clockwork Orange is violent but never cold, McDowell gave an outstanding performance as Alex, and it is probably my favorite film I have ever seen.
If you find a copy of this, no matter the format, I suggest giving it a watch for sure.
