Review of A Christmas Without Snow (1980) by Robert J — 02 Dec 2017
Saw this back in the 80's and recently watched again. Obviously made on a very limited budget, with expectedly low production standards. Nevertheless, the film does have a certain charm and John Houseman is excellent as the demanding choirmaster.
Fans of Handel's Messiah and those with a musical background might especially enjoy this one. Not a masterpiece but worth one viewing during the Christmas season.
