An enjoyable and heartwarming film, with a solid message about the good life. I concede that some of the writing was a little rough, particularly at the very beginning and end of the story. Moreover, if the karmic elements were handled with more care, the plot twists would have been more convincing.

With some minor suspensions of disbelief, however, the film moved along well enough to be a solid Christmas film that I would want to share with my children.
