When I was about 8 years old, my cousin's then-boyfriend told me I looked like Ralphie, and it brought me to tears because the only thing I knew was that Ralphie was so stupid that he shot his eye out.

Now, as an adult, I can clearly understand the genius of this movie. While his comment may have made me "fra-gee-lay," at least I didn't go stick my tongue to a flagpole in protest.
