The late Alaistair Sims owns the role of Scrooge but George C. scott does an admirable job in the role in this very well-made TVM adaptation of the Dickens classic. Edward Woodward is great as the Ghost of Christmas Present; within a very short time of making this film he would be playing THE EQUALIZER on TV.
