Review of A Charlie Brown Christmas (1965) by Ryan M — 19 Feb 2012
It's the classic Christmas movie for the whole family.
Poor sap Charlie Brown just isn't in the Christmas spirit. His friend, Lucy, lets him direct the annual Christmas pageant, but everything goes horrible, especially the tiny, puny tree he picks out. Even his dog, Snoopy, has gone commercial. In the end, we discover Christmas isn't just about presents and gifts- it's about the birth of Jesus, as told by Linus.
I've always liked the Peanuts series. These specials are always heartwarming and interesting, and if you haven't seen it yet...where have you been all of these Christmas years?
