Gorgeously and I mean GORGEOUSLY animated, A Cat in Paris is a masterpiece as far as animation goes. The rest of the movie is just decent. The story was serviceable and the humor was alright. But, the reason you want to go see this movie is to see the beautifully hand-drawn animations and they're beyond spectacular.
The creativity and style of not only the characters but the setting as well is absolutely astounding. The film is just so visually captivating and I never took my eyes off of it. If you can take a movie that's extremely French, go ahead and check it out.
