Review of A Carol Christmas (2003) by Marcie F — 13 Nov 2005
The year on the credits is 2003, but according to other internet sites, it was not released until this year. It may have been better to leave it on the shelf. This modern retelling of "A Christmas Carol" would have Charles Dickens rolling over in his grave.
The very basic meaning is there, but this is not a very good film. Tori Spelling is so-so, the rest of the cast pretty much the same. Stick with one of the versions that stick with the Dickens story, the best being the 1951 Alastair Sim movie.
