It had everything in it to make a great movie--literary characters, the lovely Carole Bouquet, a London setting (Soho yet!), and Chris Walken saying, 'Hello, dahlings!' But it just didn't take off.
I'm giving it 3 stars because of Walken's tango. And the way he wears a suit.
