Review of A Bug's Life (1998) by Baurushan J — 22 Mar 2012
The story is about an ant named Flik who accidentally destroys the food supply so therefore a group of angry grasshoppers led by Hopper played by the always amazing Kevin Spacey threaten to kill the ants if they don't produce any new food supply by the time they return.
Not knowing what to do, Flik is sent out by the ants led by the Queen, Princess Atta and Dot to go out into the city in order to find big warrior bugs but instead returns with a bunch of down-on-their-luck circus stars.
The ants are disgusted and throw Flik out but he promises that he has a plan to stop Hopper and his gang with the newly introduced bugs. Apparently Hopper is afraid of birds because he was once attacked by one so the ants use that idea to get rid of the grasshoppers and now their colony is safe.
Brought to us with top notch animation showing what life would be like as bugs/insects, A Bug's life gets a 8.5/10.
