Review of A Bug's Life (1998) by Dutch E — 23 Dec 2012
"A Bug's Life" is an adventurous story, peppered with enough unusual perspective and little bits of pure Pixar genius to somehow become something much more. Although the quality of animation hasn't aged particularly well, an ambitious scale and knack for breathtaking compositions provide ample compensation.
A real classic in animated children's movies, full of wit, humor, great characters, and a story that appeals to all ages.
