Review of A Bucket of Blood (1959) by Thérèse F — 02 Jun 2008
Cool little movie which has a unique premise made all the more interesting by Dick Miller, who is pretty much awesome. It's campy where it needs to be, it's satirical of beat culture when it needs to be, and it has Poe-like horror when it needs to.
It's a "B-Movie" front to back, but that actually works in its favor. I couldn't see a Hollywood version of this type of thing being any good.
