I must agree with Lady d'Arbonville, a Flixster friend who recommended me this movie.
Robert de Niro's directorial debut is marvellous. Both Chazz Palminteri & Robert de Niro raised in an Italian neighbourhood know exactly what they're doing and re-creating and that is why this movie is so good. Because it is honest and tells exactly how it is or used to be. At least, that is how it felt to me.
Great acting parts and soundtrack!
