You can clearly see that De Niro as a director took some ideas from Scorsese's movies, like for example a main character narrating the movie in first person.
De Niro's and Palminteri's acting was very good. Lillo Brancato did great, but not perfect.
Overall it's a great movie that has some very clever lines and moral things to say.
