Review of A Bronx Tale (1993) by Zaidsheikh94 S — 17 Sep 2010
A Bronx Tale is a very overlooked film. Being Robert Di Niro's directorial debut, this movie is a serious achievement. The cast and most of the performances are fantastic. One thing which makes the movie very interesting is that DiNiro isn't a criminal but rather his character is the entire opposite.
He was a criminal in Godfather 2, Taxi Driver, Once Upon a Time in America, The Untouchables, Goodfellas, Heat, Casino, etc. In this film, he is filled with moral values which makes his character better.
We sympathize with him and 2 father-son relationships are incredible. The songs used a re classics. This movie was really well made.
